Agency Support
We work on a referral only basis with over 160 agencies across the Auckland region, who place orders for resources on behalf of the whānau that they are supporting. Please note- our charity model only accepts requests from community support agencies/professionals and we do not provide direct assistance to individuals.
Case/Agency workers are able to submit a referral request via our request form. Please be aware that due to demand on our service, our current wait time for orders to be processed and packed for collection is 2-3 weeks.
Requests for our large items such as Car seats/Prams/Cots can have a longer wait time due to high demand and limited supply. In this instance, you are added to our wait list and kept up to date with progress.
The form below is for Caseworkers, Agency & Support Workers and Medical Professionals only.
Please note — orders must be picked up by the person who placed the order or a co-worker from our address in Henderson Valley. We unfortunately do not offer delivery or drop off.
